A normal person
would envy you if you are to eat delicate lunch like this one every given day.
What can you say about freshly grilled salmon with citrus leafy salad? For your
salmon, marinate it with yogurt, salt, pepper, lime juice and basil then grill.
Then for your add up heavenly salad, make sure to get fresh spinach, navel
oranges, grapefruit and cantaloupe. A little amount of balsamic vinegar, pinch
of salt and pepper will do for the dressing.

your stomach burden. Grilled chicken strips with fresh broccoli are best for
dinner. Marinate chicken strips in lime juice then add salt and pepper to
