You will only need to prepare gluten-free flour, whey protein powder, coco flour, flax seed, sugar, arrowroot, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, almond milk, pumpkin, grapeseed oil, and egg whites to make your own pumpkin waffle breakfast.

Mix them all together then cook it using your waffle maker like the way you do to prepare a regular waffle.

Recipe # 2: Scrumptiously great for your Health

A normal person would envy you if you are to eat delicate lunch like this one every given day. What can you say about freshly grilled salmon with citrus leafy salad? For your salmon, marinate it with yogurt, salt, pepper, lime juice and basil then grill. Then for your add up heavenly salad, make sure to get fresh spinach, navel oranges, grapefruit and cantaloupe. A little amount of balsamic vinegar, pinch of salt and pepper will do for the dressing.

Recipe # 3: Heavenly Yours Truly

This next recipe is one of the certified diabetic snacks that you really enjoy. Diabetic person often grounded from having sweet foods. But this is absolutely wrong, they need it too. So, yogurt sherbet is yours. For preparing this sherbet, you will need flaxseed, plain yogurt, grapefruit, low-fat almond milk, egg whites and a little bit of sugar. Usually, your family will advise you to skip dinner to avoid further increase of glucose in your blood stream. This advice is certainly not a good idea. Person with diabetes should have a well balanced diet, and therefore skipping meals is absolutely a BIG NO!

What we have for you is perfect for night consumption, something lite but will surely fulfill your stomach burden. Grilled chicken strips with fresh broccoli are best for dinner. Marinate chicken strips in lime juice then add salt and pepper to taste. Boil your fresh broccoli. You may use low fat mayo with ground garlic dip for more delightful taste.
